You are invited to participate in the first official Sovereign Ipsissimus Dave Challenge!

You may have heard of the 50,000 Step Day Challenge that Sovereign Ipsissimus Dave and his team completed in January 2025 before opening it to the wider community in January 2026. Building on that success and momentum, Sovereign Ipsissimus Dave is now inviting our entire community to participate in the No Complaints: 30 Day Challenge.

Complaining has become one of the most normalized habits in our modern world. It slips into conversations so easily that we often don't even notice it. Yet our words shape our thoughts, our thoughts influence our actions, and ultimately, our actions create our lives.

Beginning July 1st, and continuing for the next 30 days, we invite you to become radically aware of your thoughts and words.

Throughout the challenge, you'll commit to:

• No complaining.

• No dwelling on problems.

• No conscious or unconscious negativity.

• Speaking with greater intentionality.

• Focusing on solutions, gratitude, possibilities, and personal responsibility.

One of the guiding principles of this challenge is simple:

What you speak, you strengthen.

Every complaint reinforces a pattern.
Every intentional word strengthens a new one.

As initiates, we understand that our words have power and that all magick is spoken. Whether you are an initiate or not, this challenge offers an incredible opportunity to experience firsthand how changing your language can begin changing your life.

We're excited to see what shifts unfold—not only individually, but collectively—as people around the world begin bringing greater awareness to the words they speak each day.

Feel free to post your reflections, breakthroughs, lessons, and moments of awareness throughout the month. There is no right or wrong way to participate. Sharing is completely optional, but it can be a wonderful way to encourage one another and celebrate the transformation that comes from consistent daily practice.
