Cleaning and Charging Crystals:

Crystals must be cleaned each time they are used by a practitioner to rebalance a person's etheric or auric field, such as in the Life Activation. They can be cleaned less frequently when used as jewelry or room anchors, but regular cleaning is still beneficial for most stones. Crystals can be cleansed (in the metaphysical sense) by submersion in salt for twenty-four hours; however, the fastest way to clean a crystal is through smudging the stone using sage, cedar, sandalwood, or incense, such as Nag Champa.
